Keep their face in view
Choose a front-facing photo or a slight angle. Keep the full face and ears visible, with the eyes and nose in focus.
A good photo makes a difference
Your photo is the reference for your pet’s line-art portrait. A clear view of their face helps us capture the features you know by heart.
Choose a front-facing photo or a slight angle. Keep the full face and ears visible, with the eyes and nose in focus.
Avoid motion blur, heavy filters and deep shadows across the face. A simple background helps, but a clear view of your pet matters most.
Use the original photo instead of a screenshot or a small social media thumbnail. For an older photo, choose the clearest version you have.
More than one pendant?
Choose your pendant count first, then add a photo to each numbered field. “Pendant 1 photo” is the reference for Pendant 1, and so on.
For matching portraits, upload the same photo into each corresponding field. If a photo contains more than one pet, use “Add a note” to identify the pet you want and the pendant number.
Before adding to your cart, check each photo and its number. To order a different set of portraits, customize the necklace again and add it as a separate item.
